Electrotechnik keep improving their programs and advise improvements. The expert crew at Electrotechnick have also helped me several times when I experienced problems, eg I try to import symbols in the DXF which are not allowed. I really appreciate this 'back up' to their great program - Electrotechnik are very quick and responsive with their assistance. I also enjoyed one day's additional training by two of their senior engineers at their Sydney office in January 2020 which was most beneficial.
I also look forward to using their Protection Co-ordination program which is soon to be released, because there is a real need for a friendly, efficient, economical and professional Protection Discrimination program which will accept all the major switchgear and protection relays.
