Each licence of our PC-based software, such as Cable High Voltage, SafeGrid Earthing, Cable Pulling, and Line Rate, allows 2 users at a time.
For our cloud-based software Cable Pro Web, multiple users can share a login however only one user can be logged in at a time. If you’d like to share an account then you can create a generic username for example “YourCompanyName”. Contact us if you’d like assistance to do this.
Our maintenance is referred to as “Updates and Support”.
An Updates and Support payment is due after the first year which is 20 % of the current licence price.
Paying for Updates and Support is optional. However, please note that unlimited licence transfers/deactivations are dependent on having up-to-date Updates and Support.
Our cloud-based software, Cable Pro Web, doesn’t require maintenance, but it needs to be renewed every year (or month, depending on the plan).
Yes, a network licence is available for our PC-based software packages, including ELEK Cable High Voltage and ELEK SafeGrid Earthing. A network licence option is also available as an option for the ELEK Power Bundle.
A network licence offers greater flexibility when it comes to sharing the usage of the licence within larger or distributed teams within companies.
The cost of a network licence is 20% more than the initial licence cost and 20% more than the annual maintenance cost.
